The Boeing Condor was a high-tech test bed reconnaissance drone aircraft. Spanning over 200 feet, this research UAV was definitely wider than the Boeing B-2. What made up most of this drone aircraft's wings and fuselage were carbon fiber composite materials. Even Boeing admitted the aircraft's lack of stealth although its radar and heat signature were low, making it a relatively stealthy unmanned aerial vehicle. This trait mixed with it large size and slow speed did not make it ideal as it was too vulnerable for military use. Nevertheless, the Condor laid the groundwork for other unmanned research aircraft.
